AN OPEN PETITION TO PREMIER GORDON CAMPBELL
FOR A PUBLIC ENQUIRY INTO THE OPERATIONS OF ICBC
We, the undersigned, want a full inquiry into the corruption toward the public at the Insurance
Corporation Of British Columbia (ICBC). We want to know who was responsible
for lying and changing the expiry renewal policy without informing the public.
We demand that all changes to law are made public which require the compliance
of the public.
We are requesting that the Fairness Review process is
done by an independent and autonomous committee which does not form part of ICBC and therefore does
not have any inherent self-interest other than to see justice done to the people of British Columbia.
