Chinese Medicine Balls, also known as Health Balls or Healthy Balls, were developed during the Ming Dynasty and are revered for their healing properties with Arthritis, blood circulation, hypertension, and muscle/joint relaxation.

Approximately the size of a golf ball, the health balls have a melodious sound (from within each ball) as they are rotated together in one's palm clockwise or counter-clockwise.

These medicine balls are made in Kebei, China with the traditional care and quality. The powerful Dragon decoration is artistic and very traditional also.
